DOWNERS GROVE, Ill., Sep 02, 2009 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- FTD.COM, Inc., a subsidiary of United Online, Inc. (Nasdaq:UNTD), announced today that it has entered into a multi-year agreement with USAA Alliance Services, LLC, a subsidiary of United Services Automobile Association (USAA), to be the exclusive floral provider to USAA's 7.2 million members.

USAA is a Fortune 500 financial services group of companies that provides financial planning, insurance, investments, banking products and shopping discounts to members of the U.S. military, former military personnel and their families.
